Was he a legend over 10 seasons like the others ? No also went on like a tit on plenty occasions would put Toure in same bracket as Tevez not Aguero/Silva/Kompany
Completely agree.
Toure had moments of brilliance but appeared a mercenary, as was Tevez

Best ever foreign centre forward to play in the premier league ? Yes for me
A definite YES from me, and a better goals to games ratio than anyone else including Rooney & Shearer.

The only centre forward that can compare for me is Jimmy Greaves (although I didn't see Cloughie and Dixie Dean play)

That sadly, is the last of the 2012 title winning side gone, a huge pity there won't be a proper send off for him (as with David Silva). Wouldn't it be great if he came off the bench to score the winner in the CL Final? (doubtful I know)

Henry is probably my favourite non-Sunderland player but Aguero has been absolutely top class for longer and his record is superb despite having loads of injuries. I remember him coming off the bench in the first game after lockdown against Arsenal and he looked sharp then got injured and never really recovered. Shame for him to go out like this - behind closed doors on the back of injuries - he's a Premier League legend.

One of the all-time greats to play in English football. Man City might have loads of cash and bought great players but they still had to go and win, which is tougher in those earlier years. Without so many injuries, he might have been the best in the world.

Aguero, Kompany and Silva belong in a top 10 of the best English footballers to play in the Premier League era. As great as they were, I think they still somehow get underrated because everyone nostalgically remembers the late 90's and early 00's as peak Premier League.

Obviously that sentence is a fuck up, I'm aware they're not English.
