Stopped down in Shrewsbury Friday and Saturday night and found a lot of the locals canny unfriendly like. Proper hick town. The Charles Darwin pub before and after game was spot on though.
Wtaf is wrong with Newcastle fans ?I was in Shrewsbury on Fri and Saturday with a Harley bike club meet. On Fri night we were in the town centre when 5 lads one had the Zebra stripes on the other had Grey matching polo shirts with the scum badge on, I would say they were no more than 19-20 yr old and mouthy
One of our guys from Durham said F off or we would have a word with them, they ran like Feck out of the way.
On Saturday me and the same lad saw them next to the Lord Hill monument we were staying in the Lord Hill Hotel next to it.
They started chucking rocks at 4 SAFC lads who were lost I called the SAFC lads over, but the police arrived 1st , they had been called by a local, 3 of the mags got lifted the other 2 ran off into the park. the lads who were lost met up with the rest of their pals they were from Peterlee.
All ended fine and none of our lot got in any more bother.
I did not see any frisk at the ground before or after the game.
The Fulwell only held 8,700 so I think you might be bullshiting the muckerDont be daft, we took over the fulwell with 10,000 footsoldiers back in 1985, I was 2nd in command
About 50 I would’ve said.Nowt like 150
I was at the game in the clockstand paddock
They got pelted with coins when they passed
Probably around 50 - 70
They didn’t do anything though..rounded up and escorted to the Roker End.
There was once a removal van of them stopped at Testos roundabout..was on You Tube IIRC.
Ew.Fair play to our lads for going down on horses
Aye.Didn’t they go to the ivy house before a derby game and smash all the optics, once again a police escort to the ground when they had the chance to go into the town centre and cause havoc.
Fuck off you arse wipeDont be daft, we took over the fulwell with 10,000 footsoldiers back in 1985, I was 2nd in command
I know loads who were in the Newcastle end for the 1990 play off semi.Had the balls to do it- when did we have 150 in the leases?

They did invade early morning in 69/70 ish after coming off the beach in their landing craft they joined up outside the Fulwell. The Fulwell only held 8,700 so I think you might be bullshiting the mucker
Totally correct they couldn’t get out quick enoughI was in the Fulwell that day no where near 150, fuckers couldnt get out quick enough, stand up, shout United, then run, why the fuck they were given an escort to The Roker end I dont know, horrible skunky bastards
Its on youtube, probably 80-100 I reckon. They did invade early morning in 69/70 ish after coming off the beach in their landing craft they joined up outside the Fulwell.

...i do. Soft as shite.I used to work with one of these so called hard men of Gremlins fame. They rang the police when they were on the metro as they came through for the Shrewsbury game last season at the SOL. I don't understand it at all.........
Business eh, soft fuckers were glad to get out !Its on youtube, probably 80-100 I reckon.
I do as always soft as shite as most other clubs know, they were, and still are laughed at by other clubs boys!...i do. Soft as shite.
How do they know that they were GeordiesIts on youtube, probably 80-100 I reckon.
A group that size could have potentially chased Sunderland fans out of their own end.Business done
Why didn’t they try and stay ?
When they planned it do you reckon their plan was to meet up in the Fulwell and get out at the first sign of trouble ?
They had enough numbers to have had a go at the cage if they wanted to. They just didn’t want to.
