Amazing.
It's not long ago , there was hardly a kind word said about Johnson on here.
Personally speaking - if you can get a decent price for him , you'd be well shot.
Aye, but they like to whinge like fuck.

Anticipated £100m turnover next season......surely to fuck we can afford a couple of players earning big wages.
I know where you are coming from but he's a great player for a great club but a luxury for an average side if that makes sense.

I was told before the winning run started, that he was off to Everton in the summer. It wasn't a loan though.

Readers of the Daily Mirror also vote for labour........you do the maths!
I read the daily mirror because most of the British press leans to the right.I have always voted labour yes what do you imply by saying you do the maths. The area of the country we are based in is hardline labour and understandably so considering the number of times succesive Tory governments have shit on the people in this part of the world !

He might want to leave. Gone from Man City to this shit and out the England picture.

Huge wages as well.

Looks like a no brainer to me putting it all together.

Take off your labour tainted glasses for a second and realise labour has shafted Sunderland more than any Tory government has, who brought Sunderland's biggest employer (Nissan) to the region, labour??

I wouldn't be shocked if he left for a fee, but surely even Short isn't stupid to let his value drop as hell only have a year left next season meaning wed have to accept about 4m or clubs would just try and get him on a free.

The only way I can even contemplate this happening is that we are trying to cut the cloth to quickly again and see his wages being an issue. Everton agree to pay 2m or so for the loan fee and a future fee set at 5m. That is the only way I can see this happening.

This is not a political board but you brought it in, maybe you have forgotten thatcher who was the biggest enemy of the working class this country has ever seen and remember her mate Norman (on yer bike) tebbit. While you are on the subject of bringing things to this area who got rid of most of the industry , Labour ?

It gets him off the wage bill but the cost of replacing him makes it a pointless task.

Say AJs on roughly 3m a year, 2m loan fee. We will pay more than 5m to replace him, ridiculous if it happened and my SC would be going to my nephew.

How likely do you think it is, you were itk when he signed - PR disaster for the club unless they have some amazing deals lined up, which they obviously wont

His Dad. Check my history of posts.
wouldn't surprise me mate - any insight as to why?
