Sometimes waits far too long to make a change when anyone can see its going dangerously badly. We've conceded a couple while he's dithered before now. He got it right today though.

The one thing you can say as a positive for Beale is that he’s able to change the game at times either by changing how we play (like at half time today) or with subs. If he manages to stop us being rubbish for the first 45 minutes of each game he’ll be laughing.
