If anyone has any spares then could you let me know. Need a ticket for me dad. Got one today on my card but he couldn’t get his until tomorrow

Still a very limited number left, I had to ring the ticket office about twenty times but I eventually got through, the woman didn't say how many were left but she said very few (no standing, just seats). Got the tickets for the bairn and his mate so I'm happy!

I thought that the seats might go first tbh.

Why on earth would you think that?
 Not everyone is of an age where they want to get pissed up jump about and have the novelty of standing. This might come as a bit of a shock to you, but older folk and bairns go to the match nowadays. Considering that there was only 500 seats available and our previous two trips to Burton have seen the seats sell on the first day, I think I have pretty good grounds to think that.

Aye, sometimes that's the case like. Anyone know where the seats are in relation to the main bit the away fans are in? Looks like the standing bit is behind the goal, guessing the seats are just to one side. Sounds strange like, a stand with only 6 rows. Assuming most of it is home fans and we get a small section of it. Think the bairn would rather have been standing, but at least the seats are covered in case it pisses down!

Didn't know about the previous two seated allocations standing out so fair enough mate.

For me, the majority of our away following stand regardless so the novelty of a proper old school terrace means the standing has sold faster.

Seats sold out first for Burton. Most (myself included) would rather stand, but often in these grounds it's not a 50/50 split, it's often a lot of standing and only a few seats, therefore those who don't want to/ can't stand often request them and they sell out early

Aye, standing is the stand to one end, then the seats are part of the stand running down the side of the pitch I think. Bit weird, but that's what happens when they're cashing in on large away allocations.

Not complaining like, the bairn would have missed out without the seats so at least he can go to the game! Just hope the atmosphere is decent there as well, would have been better for him experiencing a proper terrace!

Aye, a rare chance for them to experience what we have. Sure the atmosphere will carry like or you might even find people on here who want to swap? (you're not having mine though).

The majority of our away support stand because they have to if they want to see. I know a lot who choose not to go to away games because of this. Personally, I stand at away games, and sit with my tartan rug at home games. But unfortunately, not everybody is able to stand for 2 x 45 mins.

I'm surprised standing sold out first

Seats down the side. I'm sure someone said that the home fans only have two blocks and we have the rest. Also by the sounds of it the entrance to the ground is shared by the terrace and the seats.

I'm sitting, but I have my 70 year old parents with me. Standing doesn't bother them it was more in case it's raining. If it's like Burton it won't be like standing used to be. There was plenty of room around us. Mind you looking at pictures of the terrace and I'm interested to see how it will fit 1800 in.

Is it dropping from 20 to 10 points tomorrow? Ridiculous if so.

19 points has the same chance as 10 points...
I think that's shite. They seem to have introduced bigger drops in points and less time to get tickets. Clearly to keep the whingers happy.

Terrace 1500. Seats 800+ out of 1100.

Rang up 15 mins ago (not realising they went off sale at half 4) lovely lass on other end of phone saying there's a few on sale from 9 in morn dunno whats a few like but fear there be a hellova scramble

As an aside, I noted on the EFL show on quest them praising 'over 1000' Portsmouth fans at Accrington, which is frankly a crap show from them. Southend brought more to our place.

That crazy Billy character must have hypnotised them or something.
