I think a lot of it just comes down to frustration and it being easy to post critical comments fuelled by emotion. Everyone's happy with the three points just as everyone's frustrated by our lack of pace/quality upfront. It'll take a few more wins and a few good performances for people to change their tune.

I'm happy with the 7 points from 9, but its difficult to be happy with our attacking performances.

Our strike force hasn't scored. We have little pace, and its our biggest concern.
Our defence has done very well, no goals conceded from open play.
Burge does not inspire confidence, however, we are keeping clean sheets.
The midfield has been inconsistent, but is the source of our goals, and bar yesterday has created enough chances to win games.
Our fans generally don't seem to be able to cope with League One football. It is poor quality for the most part. Get over it.

Happy Days.

Whys it so difficult to grasp the performance doesnt matter. The 3 points do.
That's very true once the final whistle is blown.
However it's surely fair enough for people to be bored and frustrated watching shitty football while the game is on?

Of course we want things to improve. So far this season they have. Yet people still whinge left, right and centre.

Of course everyone is delighted we are picking up points but, no one so blind as not to see our glaring frailties which really need addressing for us to be serious automatic contenders.
Fair play to Parkinson for sorting the defence out which looks sound but we really need more movement as pace in forward areas.

Conversely some posters eulogise about our team and performances as if we were Champions League contenders, the reality is we’re an average team in a poor league grinding out results, it’s not pretty but if it achieves promotion then job done.
Couldnt agree more, I would like us to play playing free flowing attacking football, but it isn't going to happen in this league, we just need to get out of it

I agree with everything you say except the first line. Some are gutted we are winning because they are desperate to be proved right.

Apart from this being the worst period and the lowest sustained league position in the clubs entire nearly 140 year history, there’s nowt to complain about. :)
