I know you’re taking the piss (sort of). And even though I’m oriented towards a more bodybuilder style of training these days, when anyone asks how to build muscle I’m automatically geared towards that no bullshit Rippetoe-style mindset of drink a gallon of milk a day and do heavy squats, so... anyway what I’m trying to say is that the OP wouldn’t be going far wrong buying himself a safety squat bar, a lot of milk and a dildo gun.Gallon of milk a day, suction therapy and a massage dildo/gun will sort that.

Agree - however even as a regular(ish) gym goer, I like to keep myself to myself and would probably ask on here before a randomer at the gymPuts to bed the myth of people in gyms etc not being approachable for help mind. Always loads of people helping with advice on this forum.
Why are you bothered about fat content?I have increased my protein intake where I am consuming more eggs, cereal and meat such as tuna and other fish. I choose fish due to the high protein low fat content. Unfortunately you will put on a bit of fat when building up muscle.
I would advice against protein shakes as I feel they are a waste of money when you can just eat proper food, plus they have been known to be detrimental towards your health.
