Evans is massively important to us and one of the first names on the teamsheetI think we need to face facts. Ba, Diallo, Bennette are all upgrades on Neil and Embleton, even Pritchard and Evans. We need to get them in the team sooner rather than later.
Agreed, i fkn hated him when he first started turning out for us in league one. Hate watching us without him now.Evans is massively important to us and one of the first names on the teamsheet
Well, I can't speak for what's been suggested on here, but, the lads have had very little game time, so I'd have thought it's obvious, they lack consistency and physicality, the point is, they look to have the attributes needed, so your opening statement is right, it is exciting, very exciting, and It's only a matter of time before they're forcing their way into the first team. It’s all very exciting but non of these new lads are close to replacing Pritchard and Neil as suggested on here. They need to become stronger physically, consistent and concentrate 100% of the time.
Looks just the gravy this lad.
Your massively in the minorityGive ower.
Evans is important but will not see the season out without some injuries. It appears that Ba is ahead of Matete as his potential replacement when he is injured or needs a rest. The good thing is that Mowbray isn't afraid of trusting youngsters. It also seems we have targeted youngsters of genuine ability.Evans is massively important to us and one of the first names on the teamsheet
Lots of promise but I thought he looked a bit raw tbh and the dive and staying down "injured" while Preston were attacking were both pathetic. I wouldn't chuck him in from the start yet.

Think hes just excited and wants to impress , he'll be fine once he settles inAgree with that, too many spins and theatrics at present, get the ball at your feet and play football. He’s clearly talented.
Pritchard is one of the weakest players ever and ba looks okIt’s all very exciting but non of these new lads are close to replacing Pritchard and Neil as suggested on here. They need to become stronger physically, consistent and concentrate 100% of the time.
What? For not thinking he's "the most exciting player we've signed in a long time"?? Don't be absurd.Your massively in the minority
I was fuming at that mind I thought he must be injured but he just got up and jogged away small things like that can cost youLots of promise but I thought he looked a bit raw tbh and the dive and staying down "injured" while Preston were attacking were both pathetic. Matete is nowt like Evans mind. He hunts the ball and hoes chasing it winning it in the final third.aye, that was bad crack imo. managed to get up and walk it off as soon as the attack broke down
matete seems more of an evans replacement, ba seems a bit more box to box. mind, if we can continute to keep possesion well and play the ball round we'll need a player like evans less. ba and neil together could be very dynamic, and a bit more size than evans brings. however, i'd still be slowly making these changes, both are still young and it pays to have a bit of experience in the side. our 'strongest side' might have gooch as the oldest player in it which i'm not sure would be the safest bet.
nowt with kids etc
