Drove up to my sister’s house today for Christmas Dons and match tomorrow, and as I was passing tbr Spenny Moor turn-off on the A1M I noticed the massive building site on the left. Anybody know what it is?

Work next to the one in Darlington. They've just advertised for 1000 staff. It's bad enough now trying to drive home. Going to be a nightmare when this place opens.
think there's another due at Washington too. Just hoover up every high street and plonk them in a giant warehouse, delivery within a couple of hours
