A19 Teesside Flyover this w/e

Posted this on here ages ago but anyone heading up the A19 past the Boro, the flyover is closed this w/e (northbound) so allow time for diversion.

A19 TEES VIADUCT – BRIDGE JOINT REPLACEMENTS

Autolink are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the A19 Trunk Road on behalf of Highways England and we are proposing to undertake essential repair work on the A19 Tees Viaduct to replace existing bridge joints.

The works can only be carried out safely if one of the A19 carriageways is closed therefore the works will take place over four full weekends as follows:

  • 6-9 March 2020 (Friday 9pm to Monday 6am) northbound closure
  • 20-23 March 2020 (Friday 9pm to Monday 6am) southbound closure
  • 27-30 March 2020 (Friday 9pm to Monday 6am) southbound closure
  • 17-20 April 2020 (Friday 9pm to Monday 6am) northbound closure
