A Yes Man

It’s a key decision but if this poor run carries on for many more games we’ll also be out of the mix for any play off push. For example lost today and we go 8 points behind West Brom, and there’s no way they’re coming in the top 4.

Surely we want a ‘yes man’? The last man who wasn’t just decided to abandon us last season with zero-fu$ks given. Think I’d rather have someone who wants to impress and build something here long term to be honest

It's SD role that needs looking at. Possibly involved too much with the team? If he's buying players that the coach doesn't want or have any use for using his system.

May as well call KS the manager, but he doesn't do any coaching.

I have nothing against Dodds, he is clearly very good at what he does. But head coach is not what he does so its a disaster every time he is put in this position.

If he’s still in charge at Bristol next week it would be half tempting to stay in the boozer
