A warning for inappropriate behaviour

Please, a million times please, can you identify which post this was for or give me the context when I receive such a notification?

It’s not of any help to get a warning and not be shown why.

I've just gotten one too. Doesn't say who gave it and why. I appreciate the site doesn't allow for us to be made aware automatically but could the Mod who did this not send a PM so we're aware. I can't think of anything, I'm always careful, even when provoked, how i'm conversing with others. I don't spam the board as some do and try to make a positive contribution.
 
Bizarrely It looks like you both actually got a warning for the same reason and that was for creating posts with loads of blank space in them that went over pages and pages.
