The Cabbage
Striker
It’s been absolutely rife on here over the years when we’ve gone up against him. I always preferred shuffle gums. Only now I’ll say it with affectionI’ve genuinely never seen or heard this like.

I reported 4 or 5 posts over the weekendHaven’t seen that personally but that’s really disgusting.
Few posters have used it one even apologised for getting a warning over it yesterday not me you understandI’ve genuinely never seen or heard this like.
'Living with' rather than 'suffer from' maybe sounds a bit better fredDo t know anything about this but a smoggie put on a post yesterday about Mowbray’s background. I’m not blown away but I’m 100% behind the bloke if it’s him. The villain of this piece is Neil, no need to have any kind of dig at Mowbray and bringing Downs Syndrome into any discussion is well out of order. I’m sure there are folks on here who have Downs or family or friends who have. My own experience of those who “suffer” from it is that they are the nicest, most loving and caring folks.
Trust me mate, my daughter doesn't "suffer" with downs. She lives with itDo t know anything about this but a smoggie put on a post yesterday about Mowbray’s background. You'd like to think so...Shirley it will be pre pubescent types and I'm really hoping not grown men saying this sort of thing?
Happy to live in my ignorance I suppose. Not got a clue what the insult could even be. All the best to you.Possibly. And I considered that.
But it’s been posted enough over the years. And it’s not ok
If you haven’t seen it, that’s good. Seems plenty have
I’m also not going to spell it out
No offence meant with this but you don't need to have a person with down syndrome in your family to be disgusted by this or know better than to post such guff.As a parent of a daughter that is down syndrome, thank you for posting this and hopefully people will listen
Good. Absolutely no need for it.I reported 4 or 5 posts over the weekend
Aye I tried to write it properly but when the post came up when I’d spelled it the “right” way, it changed it to Mowbray.Oh that’s tremendous. Will ask for the thread to be deleted
Hence the commas marra. Lived next to a lad who had Downs for years as a kid. Lovely fella, if only everyone was as kind and generous as him.'Living with' rather than 'suffer from' maybe sounds a bit better fred

I was thanking him for mentioning it as a lot of people don't see the problem with itNo offence meant with this but you don't need to have a person with down syndrome in your family to be disgusted by this or know better than to post such guff.
Eh? I honestly have no idea what or who this is about. You may be happy, you may not. Be angry if you want
But, over the years, and even over the last few days, the changing of the blokes name to reference Down’s syndrome is not ok.
We’re better than that.
Cheers
Good. Then we don’t need the thread, as dickheads are automoderatedAye I tried to write it properly but when the post came up when I’d spelled it the “right” way, it changed it to Mowbray.
