A disgrace to the shirt

90th minute winners aside, Adam Johnson is the biggest disgrace to the shirt.

Even if he was caught doing 33 in a 30 zone.

If we're talking real world I think Gibson was worse.

Oh and of course Bardsley belongs on there, laughing at a defeat while still at the club is basically what Stubbs did, and we all acknowledge he's a twat.

Loads of threads about certain players has set me thinking about how many players with a terrible attitude have played for our club.

Not talking about players of limited ability or even dodgy signings but players whose attitude/ behaviour has been a disgrace to SAFC.

My list starts with
1. Rodwell
2. Kone
3. N'dong
4. Stubbs
5. Bardsley (laughing at our defeat to Fulham rather than the casino story)
6. Chopra
7. Bent
8. Curran
9. Chimbonda
10. Gibson
11. Januzaj

Any more? Sure there must be loads but these were the first 11 I could think of.
I hope the new Thames Valley Men are more positive than you fella.
18 hours hours before kick off and your'e launching a tsunami of negativity here.
Only happy clappers allowed on here until kick off.

Fair point. But...

Got pissed with his mates and made a mistake with a happy snapper present to record precedings...

Doesn't even register on the scale of crimes committed against this club by some.
some get caught others don't,
Bendtner and Cattermole fall into that category.

Looking at that list of players might make some people realise that former crowd favourite and north east player of the year Lee Cattermole isn't too bad after all.
Cattermole got lifted for trashing cars

You can’t compare Stubbs and Bardsley in the same breath. Stubbs was an utter cheat and a coward, Bardsley was never those things. Gave his all to the club for the most part and made a couple of silly errors, for which he apologised- something Stubbs never did. It’s a matter of record that we never replaced Bardsley with a better player either.
