Well I've been 4 days on this after my 3gs. I must admit I'm finding it rather pleasantly intuitive. There are certain things the phone does far better (formatting text, arranging.folders etc, flash of course) But there is one thing for me that iPhone still hammers it with which is browsing. It's a similar system but it's a lot smoother on the Apple no doubt.

Camera wise this clearly pisses on the iPhone 4. Video is similar if not better than it.

Do I regret leaving Apple? - well possibly so, but for the extra you pay you'd expect a market leader in every category and I just dont think they will ever do that, especially with cameras.

Yet another thread to open the argument again but I am just calling it how I see it. ;)

Interesting! Have you tried any alternative browsers like Opera?

What about the physical side of the phone - build quality, form factor, etc? Screen?

How shiny is it?

How much is HBT paying you?

Surely it's more expensive than the 3GS?

And why are people so surprised that it's not miles behind Apple? It's produced by Sony and Google, 2 of the world's biggest companies.

I've always been surprised just how long it has took other multinationals to get anywhere near the iPhone.

Sounds like there's some genuine competitors out there now, which is great. Personally I'd sooner have a good browser than good camera, but each to their own.

Sounds like you prefer the iPhone.

HBT will have the noose around his neck asking someone to kick the stool away

If it's the only way to escape from your craic...

And please consider either contributing something worth reading, or f***ing off, and staying out of threads you have nothing to say in. Which is most of them.

So it's a good phone? What about size? It looks enormous and a bit flimsy from the reviews I've seen. Despite this, I've still ordered one

this is one of the phones im considering when my iphone is up for renewal, i do fancy a change and im a bit sick of itunes, would much rather drop and drag.

Whilst we're on the topic of Android phones...

Is there any kind of app that allows you to download podcasts from the Apple store? I realise this is hugely wishful thinking but you never know :)
