Interesting to see Sam Curran batting at 3 for Surrey today. Be good to see if he can learn the position and do well up the order.

I thought he was dropped a bit too hastily. He's been a good little player in T20 in particular for a couple of years and seemed to have made the step up with a red ball quite competently in the winter
