Find the gif You want to use.
Right click and select copy image location.
Then paste the adress into the box that opens when you click the insert picture icon.
Above where you type on here ,next to the smilie icon.

View the gif you want to use
Then copy the adress from the top of your web page
Then paste that into the post image icon next to the smilie icon.
Your gif probably won't show it's imgur.com so people won't see unless they quote or take away the begining of the adress.
