30 Day 10 Minute Kettlebell Challenge

Because I want to drop a few pounds of fat but hate doing conventional cardio, I’ve set myself a little challenge over the next 30 days.

16kg kettlebell, as many reps as possible in ten minutes for 30 days. That is all. The current score to beat is 201 reps.

So if anyone fancies jumping on this to limber up a bit instead of doing steady state, just fancies a bit of a challenge and/or also fancies showing me up for being a bit of a lightweight, get on it.

Kettlebell is a versatile beast and has many variations.

How come this is in Parsnip and not fitness? Have I been WHOOSHED?
Swings. My goal is 300 reps in ten minutes. Currently at 261.

I’ve no idea why this is in Parsnip. I posted and then forgot all about it to be honest.

@Pancho any chance of getting this moved to the fitness forum?
 
defintiel seems to ba a good all rounder of an exercise tool, worth watching a few videos on youtube as there are a few workout son there for differing levels and results
