Always screenshot purchase pages with reference numbers etc. Auto-emails can be unreliable and if it doesn't arrive, the screenshot can be very useful as proof
Spot-on mate. I just wish I had last year - I even showed the confirmation screen to my step fatha as we were renewing at the same time.
I do it for nearly every purchase now.
 
Right here we go I need help before anyone starts I told you so etc...
I renewed my season ticket a few weeks ago and my 20 year old son has left it until now to renew his. I know he should have done it before but he is young and daft.
Thing is he has two tickets in same name due to a club mix up last year and we only found out when double the direct debits were coming out monthly, we couldn't get through to club so he just sold it to his mate.
He has just signed in and both come up to renew. When he tries it says two cant be allocated to the same name. When he tries individually it says the seat is taken contact the back office at the club.
How do we get around this or how do we even contact the back office?
