When Yu was mentioned on Look North Lee Clark had a wry smile and said something along the lines of “ it’ll be interesting times if he takes over” in a tongue in cheek kind of way. Clark was manager at Birmingham sane time Yu was there. Body language seemed to suggest we’d be better off without hin

According to Sammy Yu, who isn’t one of them as Donald isn’t returning his calls:
Donald “desperate” to sell, which is nice

Lando 'Mad Makem' Calrissian rumoured to putting a consortium together.

Controversial funding from Senator Palpatine using his contacts with the dark side.

All games to be played on a death star replica stadium just beyond Uranus

I refuse to believe they were merely investing in a man who had spent a relative fortune at Eastleigh still not getting them to where they wanted to be and were willing to have him in charge of a business potentially worth hundreds of millions
he might have been wanted for a very spoecific role...like fan engagement..rather than chief executuve,...

i thought SD was a peniless chancer...now people tell me he had a fortune to spend at eastleigh?

nope. i think he did want that..but not now. thats what has changed since the fanzine thing..

Well then he isn't thick skinned enough is he- man utd and Newcastle owners have had miles worse- the richer the owner the thicker the skin...funny that....
he can’t be that desperate as he’s not returning calls to this bloke. Good job as well considering he was involved with Carson yeung at Birmingham

Yep- oriental chancer- even worse

His father in law involved possibly?

Probably unlikely (is he not still in bother?). I just think it was obviously the plan initially for Sartori to take over, Donald even mentioned that he didn't really need to bring him in in this league but wanted him involved because he'd have a bigger role later. When things have soured a bit between the fans and the owners, Sartori has been very, very quiet. I know he had the presidential thing so he's been a bit busy, but it could also be that he doesn't want to be too closely associated with them. He's stayed out of the way and, while people have been talking about Donald and Methven a lot, he's not really been criticised. If he was seen to be fully involved in the last few months people might have been less happy to accept him as owner, but currently I think he'd be given a chance

Don’t know anything about him other than he was at BCFC sane time as their dodgy owner but left before everything came out re money laundering offences.

I think we will find out one or another soon mate.

I hope any take over now is put on hold until the end of this season. We can do without any distractions between now and the last game of this season

He owns 20 percent already. Might be tempted to buy the other 80 per cent.

Still quite popular with the fans, has the funds that Donald doesn't, knows the club so could complete a deal quite easily if he wanted it. Hell, even the fact him and Donald seem to get on quite well suggests that if Donald wants someone who might be open to agreeing a deal where Donald gets extra payments if we go up to the PL, sartori might be one who would offer it if Donald agreed to make him preferred bidder. This could be the chance he said he's always wanted to own a club. Like I say, I think the political thing could be an issue in terms of how much he could devote himself to it but if there's 3 groups interested I suspect he'll be one of them and will be thinking it over (or maybe waiting to see if we go up to the level where he always intended getting more involved)

I do and I don't. I get where you're coming from but equally we've got a lot to do no matter which league we're in. Loads of players out of contract, if we go up we need to massively strengthen the squad. If new owners bring their own people in I think it could be very beneficial getting them in earlier. Don't want another summer where takeover issues affect our ability to go out and get the right players in
