No she didn’t. She was an investigator not a police officer. She was worried about f***ing up the drugs case as she was specialist peado investigator. She was simply being careful not to ruin a case. She was suggesting he was interviewed separately for different cases. The lad she spoke to said he was fine with her covering both and told her he thought she would be able to handle it.

Grew less bothered when I realised he’d had a knife himself. f***ing animals. Shame all 6 of them hadn’t croaked it really.

Mind the mothers are funny “he’s just a boy, he’d not hurt a fly? He isn’t violent etc” some of the parents in this day and age are on a different planet.
 
That lass needs a medal. She has to watch stuff like that all day and go home to a normal life? I was over the moon for her getting them sent down and she was a wad imo, try watching the jogging bit again and let me know what you think

Yes he probably made matters worse by showing the knife. But 5 against one? Awful. These young lads feeling that they've been 'disrespected' etc. It's mad.

I thought the taxi driver had been arrested for a completely unrelated assault, and when taking his DNA it happened to match the cold case from 10 years ago. I don't think he was arrested on suspicion of the more recent one because they knew this was done by a young lad.

Not sure if it was mentioned on the show but I read after that they had asked all Black cabbies in area to voluntarily give their DNA after the case from 10 years ago. Unsurprisingly this guy didn't come forward.
