Canny turnout only pulling together circa 15k of your own fans for today's game since around 6k of the 21k are from Carlisle. Least you're winning though those extra cup games will do wonders for your survival! Should of took a leaf out of Big Sams book and focused on the league cup and league.

We had 30k which is DOUBLE what you lot have there today. Brave, Bravo....epic fail on the thread!
Got your bedsheets out again like? the whole country laughs at yous man. Yous are more deluded than f***ing scousers at least they have history to back it up. For the bestest ever fans of the biggest ever club 30k for the gawdeeee nation when yous have half a million locked out each week is a joke lad.

Why would someone try and brag about attendances when the "victims" are the ones who're through to next round?

How many points do we get for the extra 15k? How many rounds do we get a bye through when we out attend another club.

Honestly... pick your f***ing battles

Both Sunderland and Newcastle get outstanding crowds both home and away.
Plenty of things we can take the piss out of each other on, (horse punching for example), the number of people that pay good money to watch 2 shit teams who win fuck all shouldn't be one of them.

Shouldn't they be renamed NewcastleGateshead United Football Club?

Chances came and went for Kevin Nolan and Carroll before Lovenkrands nipped in front of his marker to nod home Gutierrez's cross in the 40th minute as their double act came good again.
The Championship's third-bottom side, watched by 200 travelling fans, were restricted to long-range efforts and Lovenkrands, 28, put clear water between the sides by volleying past Larrieu following a Gutierrez cross and Carroll's header down.
Newcastle's are now unbeaten in 13 matches and this comfortable win represented a perfect warm-up for the potentially pivotal league meeting against West Brom next Monday on Tyneside.
The only downside was the attendance of 15,805 which represented the lowest crowd for a domestic game at St James' Park in 18 years.
Plymouth manager Paul Mariner pledged to fight off new Burnley manager Brian Laws' approach for right-hand man John Carver, stating: “Am I resigned to losing him? What do you think? Do I want him to? No. I will be very disappointed if he leaves.”
Match details

well they never like to mention it

obviously mis printed attendance figure
No, it's accurate. A Championship side drew just under 16k on a Wednesday night in January. Not great, but lets not get carried away, eh?

North East clubs are both well supported, why do you need to find examples where Newcastle support drop under our impressive average? Why does it matter to you?
