at £9.50 a pint?

disclaimer: I've never been to Wembley so the above may or may not be accurate.

It's not quite that much, saying that it wasn't my round of Friday, didn't notice any twisting mind. Missed the first goal like as it took that long to get it

Don't forget the clapper things as well.

Ah aye and those things. I like to describe shite like this as a "Fulham atmosphere". Not something Wembley should be aiming for.

facepaint - check.
plastic clapper - check.
mini flag - check.
replica shirt - check.

Good to go!

I'm all for a family atmosphere in certain parts of a ground (like we have at the SOL) but I'm sure the majority of folk on here grew up & fell in love with the game by being in amongst the rowdy blokes singing and chanting. Nowadays, that is frowned upon in case the rowdy blokes swear loudly.

If people want to travel and/or turn up then good for them. Should be an excellent atmosphere.

Actually excited about an England game. Strange feeling.

18,000 Poles so what ? 70,000 English fans will be there ...

Just for trivia & to add an extra bit of spice, Poland has the largest Scottish (proper Northern Scottish) decended community in continental Europe, goes back a few hundred years.

Didn't think they were allowed to serve it for qualifiers?[DOUBLEPOST=1381860437][/DOUBLEPOST]

You forgot the foam hand. And don't forgot to purchase a halfy half scarf.

Most of the England fans will be tutting at the Poles whilst they sit with their blankets over knees and foam finger in hand. Should never have built the new Wembley, was much better when the England games were played on a circuit.

hehe danny mills just pissed off that bell end alan green on radio 5 by saying the flares add to the atmosphere after green had been having a moan
