Pretty easy to stay just as safe in Tier 2.

Most pubs and restaurants won't open anyway, and those that do will be as safe, if not safer, than most people's homes.

People will eventually get sick of complying if there's no tangible 'reward' regardless of how safe they feel.

You mean like London in tier 2 being safe and no rising numbers?

You mean like London in tier 2 being safe and no rising numbers?

Think you might find people using things like the Tube and other public transport (of which London has a much larger infrastructure than anywhere else in the country) plus density of population have as much to do with that as pubs and restaurants.
