Re: Another one on the way for the skunks?

Aubemayang looked exciting at the last ACON. But he also looked very raw. Will be interesting if he comes to see if he can make it in the Premier League. I certainly wouldn't expect him to hit the ground running.

Re: Another name change ...

Get out of the pub, your team needs you

Up until a few year ago, had very high loyalty points but we more or less sell out these days, two or three a season does me. To be honest, mainly did the London trips, when they started making them dry trains finished me off. The matches being on al jazeera etc didn't stop me from going, it's just nice as a plan b.

Re: Another name change ...

I'm all for laughing at the mags expense but the amount of threads on them takes the piss.

I'm well aware I don't have to read or comment on the them as that's what someone will say.

Fair enough but as for me, wouldn't say I'm obsessed with them but I have no problem admitting I hate the ***** just as much as I love Sunderland, I enjoy there defeats as much as I celebrate our wins. I don't particularly post about them all the time, but don't mind people who do. Tbh they do a better job themselves of shooting themselves in the foot or bringing piss take onto themselves than I ever could.

First time I have seen a post of yours. Cool name and avatar! A man with taste.

Re: Another one on the way for the skunks?

There's far too many mag threads on here but correct me if I'm wrong we class you as our rivals unlike some mags who seem to think the likes of Man U are your rivals.

Therefore due to the rivalry we have with the mags we like to enjoy the comedy show that keeps giving. I'm sure there's plenty of threads referring to Sunderland on your forums.

 at the first part, are you reading these from a print-out?

Again...

There is only one thread referring to Sunderland on the Newcastle forum I'm on, two if you include the thread that covers all latest scores.

hahah! .its quality to think how much al this panic buying is costing them just to stay in the division. Even if it all works as well as it can they will be cash strapped, finish no higher than 10th and have a rake of players on the books that they would rather replace.

This period is a big set back to the overall plan for them

Spot-on. What are they going to do in the summer? Sell Krul? Ben Arfa?

Don't really see how. This finally gives us some squad depth so we aren't relying on the likes of Sammy, Bigirimana, Ferguson and Tavernier, which is a good thing. If we can avoid relegation this season, i think the future looks extremely bright.

I agree that we will lose Coloccini in the summer but if we are to lose Ben Arfa or Krul then we will be well rewarded for them and we have to trust in our scouting system that seems to be doing ok currently.

I still think we need a replacement for Ba though, can't really see Goufran being that person.

So you think Unlce Mike is going to shell out another £15m+ without any return in the summer?

He will get a return, Ben Arfa will go, Krul may go and Santon may go. Maybe biased but i think we'll get over £10m for each of those bearing in mind they are all under contract.
