★★★★ SAFC vs Swansea Match Thread ★★★★

The guy on BBC radio Newcastle 'Were you one of those chanting for David Moyes head? Not literally we don't want to encourage that kind of behaviour' :lol:only humourous part of today although I did have money on Llorente to score the 1st goal so hasn't all been bad

I know but we have hardly have a set of players and our finances are dire. I'm worried we could be down there or a long time. Know it's not the end of the world but it'll be shite.
Fingers crossed some sort of takeover can happen weren't we crippled financially back in the 15pt season until Quinny rode in on his white horse

The Man should have the courage to admit that he is doing no good for the club and himself and resign. The sooner he gets out of Sunderland the more of his very depleted reputation he will be able to salvage.

Moyes will never accept that he is in any way at fault- this has been a feature of his career.

He won't want to leave until it makes sense for him to do so.

He's busy building his narrative to safeguard his reputation and present himself in the best light to future employers.

The team is poor, insufficient investment, relegation was inevitable regardless of who was managing the team etc.

He needs to establish this and have it supported by the media.

Same guy on the radio has asked Gary Bennett if the players are too good for the Championship  'some are not good enough for the championship' was his reply and quite right too

Relegation wasn't inevitable.

Then he honestly needs to wise up. Three strikes and you are out - this is his third failure on the bounce .That record will take some explaining even if we are just Sunderland.
