£14.5 million for Gyokeres..

My valuation is around £30 million for Clarke , so ad happily see us Bid 15 for this guy.

Prem has the pull , but I’d love to see us get in the mix while we have the enhanced reputation for youth, progress and development.

Some kids might surprise you and think bigger picture.
No chance he would even come and no chance at 30m for Clarke either.

He isn’t a kid at 25.

Bit of wishful thinking never hurt.

£30 million is perfectly plausible to me, based on Age , nationality, contributions and contract length.

Morgan Gibbs left off the back of a Championship for 40-45 million. With less contributions and time on deal.

If we Have to sell Clarke..

Great price regardless.

Coventry City are demanding €17 million (£14.5million) from West Ham for Viktor Gyokeres with Fulham and Crystal Palace also interested.

He’s out of contract next season.

He’s a striker.

He’s not English.

He’s a lot older.

Coventry are skint.

Other then that your comparison is close 😂

Still stand by it no chance of either happening.

Where is this valuation from , the press? It could be way wide of the mark . I’ve seen some press reports talking about 7m for Clarke , do we believe that ?

I think an offer of £7m was made for Clarke but the club wanted £17m. Pretty sure that’ll put Burnley off sufficiently for us to have another season with Clarke!

Not that we had the slightest chance to get him but him and Stewart up front would win the league single handedly.

In the real world, he’d be the perfect Everton signing
If he goes there we could end up with Maupay for although he's been awful at Everton would be class alongside Stewart imo, dunno what wages he's on mind and he's probably a bit too experienced for a loan so we would have to buy him, so how much would he be, or would people prefer Simms?? Just thinking out loud....

Wrong end of the stick here marra I think.
If your saying we should buy him then he won’t come here as he wants PL

If you’re comparing fees then the comparison is flawed as I pointed out.

If your point is saying it’s a cheap price then why mention Clarke?

So I guess what I’m saying is, what is your point?

Please don’t think out loud again 😂😂

1. General awareness of the news’s he’s apparently going for this surpassingly low sum.

2. Should we have money available , i certainly wouldn’t be opposed to trying to spend it on him

Having one year left reduces his value, if his contract was the same as Clarkes you’d be looking at 25 million.

Maupay. About £50k a week at Everton. Over £30K at Brighton before that.
