£14.5 million for Gyokeres..

Not a chance he'll wanna do that. He's off.. and Coventry will drop like a stone. If they lose Hamer too, they're fucked. They're so reliant on both.
They are allowed to reinvest the no doubt considerable amount of money they’ll get for those players.

It remains to be seen how it impacts them. Invest it wisely and they could improve

If there’s no fee involved him (and his agent) stand to make more money personally from a free transfer.

Can’t see Coventry not selling him the player & he’s agent will be saying to Coventry drop your price or we will stay & go on a free next season. the player & agent have all the cards stacked in their favour.

They’re still a bit of a basket case offield

If we Have to sell Clarke..

Great price regardless.

Coventry City are demanding €17 million (£14.5million) from West Ham for Viktor Gyokeres with Fulham and Crystal Palace also interested.
What about wages ? Sign on fee agent fee. Still a good deal for us ?

Remember about 10 years ago when people were thinking the football world was going mental because Van Persie went for £20m and only had a year left on his contract and it was a crazy amount for someone with one year left.

Now a Championship footballer going for £15m with one year left is seen as a bargain 🤣

Come the end of the window teams will start panicking when other targets fall through and with the striker shortage coventry will prob get closer to 20m, think we'll get big bids for stewart and clarke too.
