how long does a "normal" renewal take like?

need mine renewing for september

Just starting peek times its about 2 weeks at the moment.

Simple answer is yes.

Then when you add in the fact kids need their own passport which needs to be replaced every 5 years rather than being able to travel on yours it sharp mounts up.

The kids passports was the Civil Aviation authority insisting that everyione had to have their own passport.
