£10 tickets

I don't see how schools/nissan can be offered tickets for £10 for the Fulham/Wigan/Blackburn games when ADULT season ticket holders have paid £63 for those three games.

I think Paddy Power were giving tenner tickets away for the Chelsea & Villa games.

PP pay the club and are given x amount of tickets. PP choose how to distribute them and not anyone can get these.

Aye it's Nissan, and fair enough it is sponsorships with paddy power but we are season ticket holders and atm it's working out more expensive to buy a season ticket. Can't see any benefits tbh

I don't have my ST this season and haven't seen one offer so far. Had a PP account and know no one at Nissan. It isn't cheaper.

Chelsea.. Cat A game - Paddy Power £10 tickets.
Man City.. Cat A game - Paddy Power 2 for £20 tickets.

Again, completely irrelevant.

I've got a ST. and I work at Nissan.

I'm going over to the ticket office in the morning to buy 2 cheap tickets with my ID for a guy on this message board that I have never met.

Purely because he wouldn't be going or taking his bairn if I didn't.

A bum in a seat is a bum on a seat and a voice to be heard.

Plus the bairn gets to watch the lads, and his dad gets to take his son to the match.

Worth it for that reason alone.

Sorted. Pick you one up the morra.

I don't see what the fuss is about. I can afford a ST and don't care how the clubs get bums on seats. If the club sells tickets cheap to enable people to attend who wouldn't normally be able to, I'm all for it.

TBH I couldn't be f***ing arsed chasing about to get these cheap tickets through various outlets - what a fuck on.

Scrap season tickets and the ticket office, make it a tenner pay on the gate and the crowds would sharp go back up.

40,000 every game minimum, but the sums don't add up 40,000 at £10 = 400,000, 20,000 at £25 = £500,000 and any other combination the club can think of, the bottom line is they will charge what they think people will pay.

I've got a season ticket but why is there far less an outcry when the mags give away season tickets for less than half price?

Our season tickets should be the cheapest in the league. Get every fucker hooked and behind the team. Then put them back up to what they are now.

ST holders get the raw end of the deal really.

Can some boffin work out how much it would be to buy cheap tickets for every game possible and then normal price for the rest. Is it cheaper than a ST?

well done fella

i'm guessing you don't have one, the fans who stumped up the cash and bought a season ticket are currently being fleeced  i can understand the odd school offer to bring in new young fans but it's getting stupid and every game now. As said ebfore, if the club want bigger attendances, lower prices...not let people in for less than half of a adult season ticket price every week.

Agree totally m8- Beginning to piss me off this -as a STH that travels a distance for home games.

Prices at SAFC will have to fall further if they want to fill the stadium on a regular basis (That or play the M*gs more often).

A season ticket in the North Stand is £450. There are 7 Category A games @ £35 and 12 Category B games @ £29. The total full cost of those tickets would be £593.

So unless you get £143 + in discount on games over the season - 8 category B games @ £10 or 2 Category A games and 5 category B games @ £10 - a season ticket is cheaper.

So season ticket holders don't get the raw end of the deal at all.
