Has anyone said it will definitely happen ?Will all the people who keep telling us it defo will happen be put on the RAOS list if it doesn’t? Or will it be the usual “things change but info was correct at the time” excuse?

Not shot down by me either. This is exactly how I would be thinking too. I'd also realise that Donald's other business interests are likely hemorrhaging cash as well.If I was Mr Moneybags looking to buy SAFC, i'd see straight away, that as it stands with covid, there is not a chance of breaking even, never mind making a profit. I'd see a majority share owner who probably can't keep funding the club for much longer, and 2 minority share owners, one who has no money, and one who doesn't seem to want to part with his money, though we can't be sure of that, Mr Sartori may be putting money into the club. So, even before looking at any books, you would surmise that the club can't be far off the point where it is trading whilst insolvent.
I'd try and get into talks about buying the club, and if I can, then it may mean that there is actually nobody else trying to buy. Once you're doing your due diligence you will find out how close to the wind SAFC is sailing. If things are dire, I would drag it out for all it's worth, hope the club goes bust, and buy it from the Administrator, or buy cheap from desperate owners saving myself quite a bit of money. Not good for the fans, possible 10 point deduction, but good for me. Not a low risk strategy for me, but it's a punt worth taking, because the upside could be huge.
The question is, is this what's happening now?
I'm standing by to be shot down on this.
Bain was an absolutely catastrophic appointment and should never have been anywhere near SAFC, his time at Rangers was shrouded with a series of questionable actions. Google ‘Martin Bain Rangers controversy’ and educate yourself. He even brought an equally controversial ex Rangers employee to SAFC called Jackie Gourlay.i still wonder why people cannot just let Bain go, he was brought in to do a job and as much as we hated the job he had to do he did it well, possibly the only high earner at the club who WAS good at his job, unfortunately it was to cut as much to the bone as possible, yes he was ruthless and showed little to no care or thought to what happened to people after his cuts were made but with his remit he could not afford to show any.
on the subject of costs for league one clubs etc, how the hell can they afford to play games in the new season yet could not do the same to end last season?
the costs have not altered as testing is required just the same as far as i am aware, unless some benefactor keeps gifting the lower leagues some free testing gear and test kits...or have i just somehow missed some major news to help the lower leagues?
I suspect season ticket sales and the loan from the Americans.Serious question
Where’s the cash coming from at the moment
Do we know what the demise of Sunderland FFP on companies house actually means ?
More than are willing to go and watch the current regime I’ll bet. A step backwards to take umpteen forward. The current lot are stepping backwards slowly. If you deliberately left the club to go into administration and a points deduction which led to relegation, just to buy the club on the cheap, would you have many customers left?
Nothing. Just the confirmation of what we knew was happening in February when to notice to strike off was given.Do we know what the demise of Sunderland FFP on companies house actually means ?

Bain was brought in to cost cut and work with a zero budgetBain was an absolutely catastrophic appointment and should never have been anywhere near SAFC, his time at Rangers was shrouded with a series of questionable actions. He was in cahoots with his fellow Glaswegian, Mood Hooverer Moyes, who should have been sacked by the November of that hideous season but instead they socialised together and took the squad on an expensive team building trip to New York and bought ex Everton has beens like Pienaar and Lescott and dross like Donald Love.
Bain, Moyes and Byrne are amongst the major reasons SAFC are now a third division outfit and anyone denying that is ignoring the facts.
In my experience it will be Donald's arse that will be twitching, not the prospective new owner/s. Every day that goes by will be a drain on the club finances for the Chief ChancerEveryday that goes buy Donald’s pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is shrinking,
I would love for it it be a relatively quick transaction but to be honest It’s in the buyers best interest to stagger it, granted a fee may already be agreed, if not then give it another month or so with no fans then the price could possibly drop hugely.
Well... it probably won't. There won't be many fans in the stadium for a month, everyone knew that when agreeing the price. The whole point of the exercise is that everyone knows what the projected financial situation will be.
Ultimately any new owner who seriously wants us should not be risking another missed opportunity to improve the club, because the further we continue this slide, the harder their job when they take over.

Unfortunately @Vauxie is banned too.As quick as he swaps to one of the other multiple logins he has
If he were the Captain on a ship, he would be heading for the rocks without any ship power, drifting until the crash. Fortunately , I don't see that. He cannot be that stupid to know when the gigs up.It’s a rock and a hard place for him, if he wants his money he needs promotion, to get promotion we need better players which cost money on purchase or wages.
We won’t be going anywhere if the last 2 games show us anything.
I really hope his arse drops and he just sells as soon as
