Is anyone else dreading Tuesday?

Aye, its my birthday tomorrow so I'm going to be rough as fuck on tuesday.
Take yer boots. Parkys got a present for you.
A wet Tuesday night in deepest , darkest Kent.
Can’t wait !
Cheer up marra it’s by the sea. Sort of.
We were excellent down there last year then beat Wimbledon a few days later away. I thought we were gonna piss the double.WTF went wrong? Rhetorical question btw, we don’t want to go over it all again.

Parky's had the break to bash a few heads together, the team he picks should be up and ready for this, 0-2 win for the lads and the start of a long winning streak, ha'way bonny lads gerrin to them and fuck them up!

Getting silly now - fuelled by the myth that the Checkatrade ruined our promotion chances last year. We need to be beating teams in our league in cups, particularly with a recent run of poor results.
Not a myth, we seemed to run out of steam due to extra games overall and then fixture pileup at the end of the season. We got just 6 points in the last 7 league games and we played those games in just 25 days as we played 3 more league games than most of L1 teams who only played 4.

In fact we also played 2 games in the 7 days prior to that so 9 league games in 32 days or 10 in 35 days if you include the Final against Portsmouth (also went to ET) so 2 games a week for the last 5 weeks!

I don't think it's wrong if someone isn't bothered we get knocked out of the FA Cup (we aren't going to win it) if they look at the bigger picture for SAFC's future for this one season only. The fact we're still in L1 and having potential huge investors then getting out of this League is the main priority as cups can always be won next season.

This winning breeds confidence is a myth because that means no team would lose their next games but unsurpringly they do sometimes lose.

Aye best just lose it then - that’s a definite way to boost things.

We played weaker sides for most of our Checkatrade run, and had a good size squad. It’s just another excuse.

Does anyone know if this will be on IFolllow?

It doesn't look like it will be broadcast on any satellite anywhere.
It won't be, because of rights issues. I can't see it being picked up by foreign TV stations, either. So it will be a Benno evening for me.

Don't bother going, watching, listening or following it online if you feel that bad about a bunch of lads kicking a ball around a field two days before it happens.

England's share of reet sopping wet whiners has increased exponentially since people queued up for a week to cry in front of the tv cameras at Lady Di's funeral.

I've checked both ours and Gillingham's website and it's not on you are right.

The Tuesday FA Cup match being broadcast is Bromley - Bristol Rovers.

I'll be watching that one anyway.

Dilemma on Tuesday as on the one hand it could kick start a run that we are so desperate for, however with any cup game there’s zero interest for me as it’s only a matter of time before we go out anyway so why not get it over and done with so we can fully concentrate only on the league. There the added games we have in hand as well which won’t do us any favours in the run in with a fixture pile up.
