Well my bills combined with the gas but it is cheaper. I just get a cheque through the post every 3 month. Probs get about £800 a year back.

I struggle to believe there will be many people at all that have a computer and printer, but a phone with no browser or email.
Either way, hopefully it continues to be an option but if it isn't supported by Ticketmaster then get a ticket posted or go to the office. To what extent do you cater for a tiny minority when you are a multi million £ business.
