Two Weeks Today

Struggling with the clamour for O'nien me. According to this board he's the answer to our problems in attacking midfield, he's going to be a box to box midfielder and he's going to excel in defensive midfield. Sounds like a complete player then able to play three roles or more.

I know he's popular and he done well filling in last season, even got one or two goals coming on as a sub earlier in the season and he's got energy and a bit of cleverness for lower levels about him. But I don't see an obvious role for him and not sure where he gets in nevermind being a stand out player. The little bit of him I did see in central midfield I wasn't impressed at all with him, though I can understand he was new, it was a new team and it was a step up for him.

Guess we'll see.
Lay money o9 will be nailed on rwb ,even last season at fb he was in that situation .

Perhaps we won't, but neither Cattermole nor Morgan have been replaced. There's nothing to suggest McLauhlin is a better player than Matthews, although Matthews' main problem was injuries, so hopefully he's more durable.

Don't forget that Cattermole scored 7 goals last season.
Ahhh... But we've saved on his wages... See

Yes, marginally. Have we improved the midfield, attack or goalkeeping areas?

You struggled with that, and why only marginally? Is he better than anything we have already got?

With regards to your question. We didnt need to improve our goalkeeper, he is very good. Midfield, is the transfer window closed already? Attack, the players we have in place will be fine when we address the midfield issues

I’ve not seen him before so I don’t know. Just keep your head in the sand and keep talking out of your arse pal

It’s ok. The owners said they were hurting and were going to strengthen to give us the squad to deliver 100 points

Can’t wait for Maddison to be announced

The season starts against the mighty Oxford. Meanwhile we have a weaker squad and kept the same manager that guided us to our worst ever finish in our history.

HWTL

The defence and keeping areas have been improved. The midfield and attack has stay the same so how the hell are we weaker?
