He'll probably get the sack. Imagine if we had somehow won today? Imagine Jack Ross trying to manage in the championship? Fuck me we'd be lucky to get 20 points

Terry Butcher is up there in my 60 years of watching them as our worst manager. I exclude Quinn since he never wanted to be manager but had to step in while Keane delayed.

I don't know about Ross. The season tailed off badly, but he's a young manager and still learning.

Given my 57 years supporting Sunderland through good and bad, Jack Ross is by no means ready for the sack.

Sadly, football being what it is today and the supporters being so fickle and not knowing what is really bad he may be history.

Hope not, come back bigger, stronger and better next season. #seenworsefootball

We had the biggest budget and the best squad ( on paper ) this season of all the teams. We couldnt have been any stronger this season compared to the others.
Ross has blown it for us by his " hold on to what we have and dont concede " tactics.
He should go cos there is nothing he has done in the second half of the season particularly that gives you confidence that we will be better next year ( unlike Reidy 1998 )

None had the best budget and fans in the league. None managed in the 3rd tier of the football league. Failed doesn’t matter how to dress it up. Hasn’t a plan B, got no pace or height and miles away in terms of managing a club like Sunderland.

He is not the worst manager in our history. To suggest it is f***ing ridiculous

Every single one of them failed at a higher level than what our current manager has just failed at!!! in our full history we’ll have spent 3 seasons at this level, Jack Ross at this current time will have been in charge for 2 of them.

That list is a horror show of people who were out of their depth/negative/at times tactically unaware. Jack Ross since Christmas time has unfortunately got to be included on that list in my opinion.

Well not officially but never seemed to suggest in his post match interview that he was the man to take us forward etc...

Dead man walking & he knows it???

Not like Reidys play off interview!

it's not just the defeat. it's the manner of the defeat imho

the team reflects his management on TV again at Wembley
