36,500 rep challenge

I've set this up with a few mates and thought I'd add it here to see if anyone is up for it. The idea is very basic in that you choose an exercise for that week and do 100 reps of it each day for the whole year, the exercise will change each week. The majority of them will be bodyweight, some might require a light weight, but they will be ones that most people can do at home and not need to go to a gym (e.g.,= use tins of beans or bags of sugar rather than weights if needed). The 100 reps need to be done in one session, not broken up throughout the day, but how long that session lasts is up to you - it should be workable for most fitness levels.

If people are interested then I'll fire the exercise of the week in here each Monday... This week it's burpees (including a press up for each one). Just done my 100 for today and it's harder than you'd imagine.
