Not entirely, it's a combination of piss poor management at all levels. Short relying on people who were meant to know about football but squandered money on 2nd and 3rd rate players. It's been one blunder after another and its the fans that are suffering by paying hard earned money to watch the current shite on the pitch masquerading as professional footballers.

The blame game goes right through the club: Chairman/Owner, every manager, most of the players, coaches and all the hangers on who leeched money from the coffers. It really is time to start again with a plan; implement it and carry it through.

IMO Short bears the responsibility of appointing every manager but they share the blame.
For years I saw people saying the owner/chairman shouldn't interfere in football matters ...... 'leave the manager to manage'.
Now it's gone wrong people are saying Short should have interfered.
It's at a point whereby Short has become the convenient dumping ground for everyone's frustrations imo.
Coleman seems to be a 'good appointment' but, if he fails, it'll all be down to Short won't it?
He talks about it like some mystical black hole at the centre at the club.
More likely a collection of small shit decisions by a stream of managers and amateur execs
