The bloke has always seemed a bit arrogant to me, his stock is high - why has he taken this job if it's such a poisoned chalice as everyone keeps saying? Why would he take a job where he will fail?
This management lark is like a game of snakes and ladders and it looks like he's just got to where he needs to roll a six to hit the jackpot and he's landed on that last snake that takes you right down again. Or has he? What has he been told?

I disagree with the poisoned chalice shite like, especially now, it's a win win. can't go any worse, if we do it's largely Grayson, Moyes and Shorts fault. Save us from relegation should be easy enough you'd think, and that's already proving his ability as a manager, anything further than that and Watford will be all over him.

Biggest club he could get , long term vision to see us in PL within 2 yrs given a squad well below the sum of its parts currently, and 40K + crowds and a huge pay rise for himself. That probably.
