I have heard the ones in the gym for body fat are non-accurate, and I assume these are likewise - but I am interested in tracking things like water & fat mass daily. Even if not entirely accurate, getting an idea for a trend would be useful and i'd have thought they were at least able to do that.
Does anyone have any recommendations, or is it a case of staying well away of them all?
