While I totally respect your suggestion, they're awful. & I'd bet money that my wife would say the same.

Anything else?? We're thinking 'Lola', but it's not something we're mad about, so are still looking. My wife is starting to panic, but I told her it will come when it comes. I'll start shitting myself in a few weeks, like.

Lola is a feminine given name in German, Spanish and other language groups. It is a short form of the Spanish name Dolores, meaning "sorrows", taken from one of the titles of the Virgin Mary: Nuestra Señora de los Dolores, or Our Lady of Sorrows. Lola is also a short form of the unrelated German name Aloisia.

Mabel

How about Eloise and Lola as a pet name, short form?

Hmm, not mad on any of those. It's a genuine question for a suggestion of names. We're stuck. Evie is something else we're thinking of, but it's just not jumping out at us (me). I'll know the name when I hear it.

Tramps? Eh? I said the Kinks, who are class, and Lola is one of their most universally well known songs. It's about a Tranny.

We had no name for our son but not long before he was born, I came up with the name Harvey. I more or less invented the name.

My son is called Harvey. What a cool f***ing name. He looks like a Barry, but who cares?

I appreciate the link, but it's probably best that I don't give it too much thought right now. Tomorrow, maybe.

I just want something that's different but not freaky, or the new 'top 100' name. I heard someone called Bambi recently, which was shot down by my Mrs. Bambi is cool. Totally different & not at all rabbit like...

My Harvey is 3. So Solid Crew were well past their best by the time he got into his tunes.

Nah. I suggested Lauren tonight but was told 'no'. I should add, she suggests way more names than me, which I don't like.
