Anyone who's seen mccoist play would know how good he was. Shite here but he was a kid. His goal scoring record was phenomenonal. Scottish footballer was a much higher standard then as well. Even when he plays in these celeb/charity matches he's by far the best player on the pitch. A supreme talent and letting him go is one of the biggest fuck ups in safc history.

No doubt he was a talent , however he didn't really do it on a big stage

He was a kid who came from part-time football, shows what Cowie knew about football when he couldn't wait to move him on, could have been a legend here but ended up a Rangers legend, yet another missed opportunity imo.
 
Didn't someone on here say a couple of months ago that they saw McCoist Moyes and some other sweaty sock joker drinking somewhere in Sunderland
