I sincerely hope it can become more busy, the council's strategy was to expand the core of the city centre by regenerating Sunniside, there's been some good efforts with the cinema, the casino, some restaurants, the new plaza are, but it's still too quiet.

I agree mate. Used to love having a few beers around there. EauZone was cracking for a good session on a sunny day.
