Apart from a Blunderbuss anyone got any solutions?
Cat repellent ultrasonics seem to be good.
Leave the lad alone, he's been sidelined with injury for months

Exactly. I bet birds poo all over his precious garden, is he going to shoot them out of the sky?Get over it ffs, animals shit.
It'll get you a husband on the inside if you're caught killing animalsWill that stop them like Steve???
I tried everything from sprays, pellets, to lion poo.
Nothing off the shelf works.
So I got a dog. Problem solved.
Next step, poison?I cut the grass yesterday and noticed a few new shoots of grass growing in the border under the hedge. Went to pull them out and got a shitty finger from the local cat.
I'm not advocating killing anything.By killing them? It's animal cruelty, simple as that.
And what EXTREME methods will these be?I'm not advocating killing anything.
I'm saying that people will resort to extreme methods to try to stop someone else's pet fouling on their property if the pet owner themself will not take responsibility.
Dog owners have to do it. Why should cat owners be allowed to get away with it?
Whatever they deem necessary to stop someone else's pet fouling their property, if the pet owner won't do anything about it. Why should they have to tolerate it? I wouldn't harm any animal but I can understand why some people would do whatever it takes to stop that kind of thing from happening, especially if, for example, they've got small kids who spend time in the garden playing and exploring. And what EXTREME methods will these be?
A lot of dog owners do it. It is like the 80's again with all the dog shite lieing about.Whatever they deem necessary to stop someone else's pet fouling their property, if the pet owner won't do anything about it. It's not very pleasant trying to do your garden and putting your hand into a pile of cat shit, especially if you don't own a cat. Why should non-cat owners have to put up with that when it isn't tolerated or accepted for other domestic pets to be allowed that kind of freedom. If you own a cat, take responsibility for it. Train it to use cat litter or something. If you don't like the smell in your house, don't get a cat in the first place. Don't let it out to bestow the pleasures of it's bowels on your neighbours.
If you're going to impose penalties on dog owners for not taking responsibility for their pets mess, then it's only fair that something similar be put in place for cat owners who simply allow their pets to roam at will and make a mess wherever they want. If dog owners did that there'd be hell to pay.

You're a horrible little bastardTwo cats round here have started shitting in mine again. Hate the little bastards me. Bought a motion-sensor water gun but that was way over the top for my garden. It was squirting the houses on the other side of the street! Bought a high frequency unit that you stick into the ground. Horrible little bastards.
What does the dog do?
Someone wants to boot youBooted the cat over the fence, horrible thing has never been back.
