I'm doing long shifts again and need sorting quick and easy to get protein with, and it's got to be something ib can eat while on the go aswell so which ones taste nice?

Most of them are rank, but I quite like these ones. They're often on for £1 each in Asda.

They're not Asda own brand, they just cost more in Sainsburys, Tesco etc.

Take a pack of ham or something mate or anything with less sugar in. For the money you'd spend you could even get those test tube protein shots, they were ideal for work when I had the disposable income to waste years ago.

They always taste horrible in my experience if they have a decent amount of protein in them. Any initial flavouring just gives way to something like eating starch.
Your best bet would maybe be a protein flapjack like these.

they sell them in the BP garage on wessington way, noticed them the other day - £1.89 each IIRC
