I have no idea what these allegations are or aren't about Sullivan. But when you think there is very credible links between the mag ownership regime and crimes including murder of a journalist, doesn't say a lot for how high the FA bar is. Does it?

Aye Sullivan came in before the checks were a thing. So it's kind of a moot point. But I was just thinking even if they were in place, if the mag ownership got through them then he'd have probably been okay

Somebody at the Times has said the Investigation report will go out on either the 5pm or 9pm online updates stories stories tonight. Maybe not actually in the print edition until Wednesday morning depending on what time they send it to print these days.
