Can’t see who has a manager left to replace?. And why would he go to anyone below us after getting us into Europe?. Too many people shitting themselves already this summer, we’ve had about five threads today about things like the manager being pouched, our quota for Europe etc. Did last summer not show people that they actually knarrr what they are doing 🤣
 
I could understand it if he got approached by a CL club tbh. I'd be very disappointed if he left here to go to somewhere like Fulham/Palace/Bournemouth though.

I know they've all been reasonable, steady PL clubs and Bournemouth just had a great season, but as a football club we're billion miles bigger than them with far more potential.

Imagine leaving the atmosphere of the SOL and 48000, to go and go and manage a club with a 16000 capacity.

He is a coach not a manager and I think a lot of clubs will look past him for people with more 'charisma'. So be it as he is a perfect fit for what we are trying to create and his tactical nous in the last part of the season has been outstanding. The subs at Everton for e.g were sublime and totally changed the game.

Stay humble and its all about the connections.....

Liverpool sacked slot because he turned them from an exciting, physical and aggressive side into a slow, boring team that barely scraped CL football. Most other teams will be looking to upgrade to a manager that matches their style so with a bit of luck that means ignoring RLB and focusing on their shopping list
 
Highly unlikely that an elite club would be interested. We are the next tier down so why on earth would he leave. French owner and a French DOF. A captain and others who do the fist pumping and tea cup hoying in the dressing room for him. Think he probably knows he's onto a good thing here.
 
Teams want more than one season before theu even consider him, so were safe this summer. And even then, defensive coaches arent fashionable to the likes of Spurs who would be the sort of club to poach. They got their hands burnt with Nuno and Frank, who are similar profiles.

There's a healthy contingent of our fans where "shitting themselves " is the default setting. They need to get a a grip of themselves and start drinking from the glass half full glass.
