Hayden Hackney


Would love us to sign him. Genuine competition in CM and another homegrown player. £20M would be good value imo, won’t get much better for less

He’s good from what I’ve seen no doubt but Man Utd going for him, not at that level

Jobe is doing well at dortmund.

He’s got a far higher ceiling than Hackney.

Not for me.

Hackney is more rounded and technically profitiant as a player imo. Looks good every time I see him and played well under Carsley in the U21s which is usually a good indicator of a good player.

Obviously, this still doesn't mean he'll adapt to the PL as it's a big step up. I'd take a chance on him for under 20M though.

How did we have their eyes out? He’s been really good for them by all accounts while it’s not factual his market value on transmarket has gone up
 
The lad is a very good player. For the money bring mentioned and the fact that he is “homegrown” to help us in Europe we could certainly do a lot worse.

You don't think Jobe who is playing at a higher level than Hackney and has played CL football is at his level? Btw Hackney is a quite a bit behind the likes of Scott and Anderson.
