After this and the way our lot turned up for the awards at the Beacon, I’m horrified at the standards of tailoring of Premier League footballers. They can afford bespoke FFS which makes every man look like James Bond. It’s a minor complaint after a magnificent season but it’s bugging me 😾

TBF to Gordon, he came across really well when Gary Neville interviewed him for The Overlap. Totally different from what I was expecting.

I for 1 am happy he's gone to barca. Mags are gonna find it hard to find a winger anywhere near as good no matter how many on here claim he's shite🤣

He's just widely inconsistent. Sometimes he looks like a world beater, other times very average. Mukiele had him in his pocket the home derby, he literally did nothing at all.

The away derby he scored and very little else. Hoofed a couple well over the bar second half when presented with a couple of half chances. He's certainly good at penalties.

Much like every player they'll have good and bad games, its just daft to say he isn't a good player.
At the end of the day has it made the mags massively weaker? I'd have said yes, so in that respect its a big loss to them, regardless of what money they got as replacing him won't be easy

He's certainly better than Elanga and Murphy. He had a poor league season. He was good in the Champions League.

Aye but they could rightly argue that 2 games is neither here nor there it’s a 38 game season that really matters ….oh had on.
They could quite reasonably argue that Afcon impacted massively on their season so the 38 game season isn’t really a reflection .,.. oh had on 🤔
