Predict a signing


Wilson would be a great addition, but I doubt he’ll come here as we won’t pay what other clubs will. He’ll probably go to Villa.

Amad will be too expensive for us. Man Utd won’t let him leave for less than £50m I don’t think. However I could see it in a player plus cash deal for Sadiki.

We need an elite right winger. Clearly we’ve managed well this season, but it’s an obvious position we need to strengthen.
 
The home grown thing definitely needs consideration. I wonder if we might look at English players playing abroad. Likes of Egan Riley, Archie Brown, Charlie Cresswell, Tyler Morton, Norton Cuffy, Tyrhys Dolan, Jonathan Rowe would all be good squad players & come cheaper than equivalents playing over here currently.
 
I would look at senesi from Bournemouth free?
Ampadu from Leeds might be worth a crack.
Geerty should be first.
Then we need a LB .. not sure who
Also we need wingers.. a big step up needed here.

Morton is the only one from that list who I'd say is a definite first team player (rotation but starting plenty). Cresswell would be a back up. Rowe has too many red flags with attitude. The rest are all not good enough.

Probably right tbf, we've stepped up in quality so much. Villa fans i work with were raving about Rowes performance against them but if there's an attitude problem Probably best to avoid
