This is the issue, they couldn't hit a Cows arse with a banjo.
They've also played the same way for years, prioritising possession over creating anything. Go back nearly 2 years to Riggys backheel and us beating them 1-0, exactly the same story. They get to the final third then its a succession of sideways and backwards passes before the inevitable forced 30 yard shot or hopeful cross. Even when they do get a shot off in the box, the build up is so slow and laboured that the box is full of players and its easy to get a block in.

Was watching in the pub, so can’t say my tactical analysis was the greatest, but I said after 20mins, if they don’t get a goal by half time they’ll be waiting for a sucker punch after dominating the game, without doing much.
